The trainers are super helpful and friendly with deep knowledge to share. I ask a lot of questions and often forget everything they tell me so I really appreciate their patience as well One of my concerns was my actual physical ability but every movement has a scaled version for every body. The trainers are great at finding the right level for each student. Also, the gym is really nice…. it’s clean and large so I’ve never had any covid worries.
