No! We have members who start from square one. Our trainers can help scale moves and accommodate the workout to fit your fitness needs. We do offer an intro on-ramp class that is great for beginners learning new moves.
Arrive a few minutes early to sign any waivers and tour the gym. You will just need a water or towel and come prepared in regular exercise clothing.
Yes, all of our members can attend unlimited number of classes a week with our single membership.
Yes, we have showers and a large locker room for changing.
We will assess every new member based on their fitness abilities. We offer on-ramp at a convenient time and recommend that anyone with limited barbell experience take on-ramp.
