A CrossFit Gym for Regular People

Where Community Meets Fitness

Our workouts are “constantly varied” which is NOT the same as random. Quite the opposite. We spend hours upon hours each month developing our strength and conditioning programs to optimize results across broad modal and time domains. We relentlessly audit our workouts to eliminate unintended bias and to make sure you are getting the proper balance of intensity, volume and rest.

Our trainers lead every step of the way and help our athletes modify workouts as needed based on each individual’s abilities and goals.

CrossFit

CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. We have designed our program to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

Quick HIIT

Our 45-minute ‘Quick HIIT’ program  is a longer version of standard CrossFit workout without the heavy barbells. Our coaches for these classes do their own programming where you will see new moves, new equipment and new exercise formats.  

Core & Cals

Our 45-minute ‘Core & Cals’ program attacks the midline while mixing in some interval sprints to improve conditioning. Grab a yoga mat and get ready to sweat.

Bootcamp

Our one hour Bootcamp class is offered on Saturdays. Just like our HIIT class it offers a combined strength and conditioning workout without the use of barbells. Our coaches for this class do their own programming so every Saturday class is a unique program.

Open Gym

We also offer open gym time three days each week at the largest and best equipped facility of its kind in the area.
